The use of the services provided by HERGANCO SL (website, www.fincatablanca.com) not imply the need for registration on the Website.
The user can proceed to registration indicating full name, email address and may indicate a sponsor mail, or he can proceed to buy by filling out a form with your information without creating an account.
Once registration is completed, a message to the email account designated by the data on it will be sent.
If the User is correctly registered on the website always can access "My Account". Through "My Account" the User can modify personal data as well as data related to the shipment of orders and check outstanding orders.
In "My Account", User can download invoices orders, and cancel the account any time. The User must include the reason why wants to cancel.
HERGANCO SL only sends its products: Peninsular Spain, Balearic Islands, Belgium, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal and the UK. It will not be possible to make the buying process through the Web site to destinations other than those indicated. HERGANCO S.L. does not ship products to Ceuta and Melilla.

The User (customer) should pay shipping costs on products buyed on the Website.
Shipping costs depend on the destination and in some cases the number of products purchased. In any case, the shipping costs will be detailed throughout the purchasing process and the customer will be able to check these costs before finalizing the purchase. HERGANCO SL can not be held responsible for the delay in delivery orders for reasons not attributable directly to HERGANCO SL to fortuitous events or force majeure.
Shipping costs, include, plus transportation of goods, insurance against loss or breakage, and the VAT.
Delivery of orders will be made in the delivery address freely designated by the User. HERGANCO SL can not access to banking data linked, and does not know or record these data during the payment transaction.
HERGANCO S.L. It reserves the right to temporarily suspend any of these payment methods without prervious notice.
Once finished the purchase process, the User will receive, on the e-mail address designated in the registration form, a communication specifying product features, price, form selected for shipping, trade date, order number and an approximate date of delivery. It also will be sent to the email address provided by the User, a permanent link to this contract conditions. The User may ask at any time, free of charge, a copy of the general conditions.
Right of withdrawal
The User will have fourteen (14) calendar days after receipt the Product to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or have any sanction.
In accordance with Article 102.d) of Royal Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, not applicable the supply of goods which can be damaged or expire rapidly, so it may not exercise the right of withdrawal on the bottles that have been open for example, due to the rapid deterioration of the content in such cases.
