How do I find the product I'm looking for?
In order to find the product you want, the online store has several friendly and very intuitive ways. In the upper right section of the web page you will find a search engine where you only have to type the word or words identifying what you are looking for: a particular brand, a Designation of Origin or the country or region where the product is made.
Similarly, placing the pointer over the different tabs on the menu, a pop-up menu is shown which gives you the chance to select products according to different search patterns: by price, by type of wine, by area or Designation of Origin, by grape variety or winery. Once you have made your selection, simply click on it and you will see all the products that match such search.
If you still want a finer search, to the left of the screen, you will see some filters that can suit your search by price range, country, area, type, grape variety and winery. Just click the box or boxes that you want and you will get what you are looking for.
What are Special Sales?
Special sales are temporary campaigns that offer products in our catalog at lower prices. We will publish in the corresponding section all campaigns that we promote, in the same way you can get detailed information about each one through our Newsletter.
How does the Newsletter work?
Periodically you will be receiving in your email box information about promotional campaigns, special sales or product presentations. If you do not want to receive further e-mail newsletters from Finca Tablanca, select the option "unsubscribe" at the bottom of the link.
Why do some products appear with two prices?
All products have a Tablanca Finca "UNIT PRICE".
In some products there is a second price "PRICE PER BOX" defined by the icons: X6 or X12, in which it is indicated the minimum amount of purchased units to apply such price.
“PRICE PER BOX” entails a discount per unit on the “UNIT PRICE” of the product (normally around 5%).
You will be able to see the “PRICE PER BOX” consulting the product details.
Each time you type an amount equal or greater than the one indicated, such price will be automatically applied on your purchase.
How to buy
On the different tabs of the product details, you can see the button "Add to basket" next to a box in which you can type the number of units you want. This will be stored in the "shopping cart" you can see on the top of the page, just above the search engine. At any time you can check the status of your purchase, the type of products and how many products were added and the amount of money spent. Once you have completed your selection, just fill in the empty fields with the requested data and checkout.
What is included in the shipping price?
The rates listed on this page include the shipping of ordered products, an insurance covering loss or breakage, and the VAT in those territories where this tax applies.
From 120 euros and whenever the purchase order is placed directly on our website (not by phone or email), we offer a shipping free of charge if the destination is located in Spain and additionally in the Peninsula.
How long will it take to deliver my order?
In the Peninsula, orders usually take between 1 and 3 working days to be delivered. Shipments to the Balearic Islands and other European countries usually take 3 to 7 days.
The time starts to run from 9 am on the next working day after the order confirmation.
What happens if a bottle breaks on the way?
If a bottle breaks during the shipping, Finca Tablanca will make the necessary arrangements to recover all the items of your order, and will make a new shipping.
If you receive the order and detect humidity in the packing box or suspect about a breakage, do not accept the box, and contact us to manage the incident.
May I require the carrier to deliver at a specific time or to let me know before he goes for the delivery?
As a general rule no. Contract conditions are for a standard service, affordable, with delivery during the day from Monday to Friday without notice.
Most couriers deliver in the morning or in the afternoon, but it is not always possible and they are not required to heed such requests. We recommend you to indicate an address where they can meet someone during the day so that the delivery is successful in the first attempt.
Anyway we will send you a message as soon as your order leaves our warehouse, and a few hours later, we will provide you all the information needed to track the shipment on the carrier’s website and know the estimated delivery date.
What about if I am not at home when the carrier arrives?
In such case, the carrier will leave a note with a phone number. Please, call and ask for a new delivery attempt, or arrange the collection in its warehouse.
It is important to take into account that the number of delivery attempts depends on the courier company in each country and it can even vary from one area to another. In some locations, they just try it once. It is essential to check that there is always someone during the day in the indicated address to assure that the delivery is successful in the first attempt.
Do I have to pay any money to the carrier?
Shipping is included in the final order price. You do not have to pay any money to the carrier.
